Excellent customer service. I needed advice as a DIY homeowner, and Smiddy did a great job taking care of me even though I only spent $2.50 for the part. I just replaced a pedestal sink in my 90-year old bathroom and the guys at Elmwood Supply helped me every step of the way. They talked me through how to do it, sold me the right parts at a fair price and nothing more and were very supportive of me, not a plumber - embarking on this big project.
